We’re a whānau-focused team committed to building people as well as projects — and we’re looking for two reliable Labourers to join our crew.
About The Role:
You’ll be working alongside our civil and drainage crews, supporting day-to-day site operations. The role includes using hand tools and small power tools, assisting with trenching, backfilling, pipe laying, and general labouring tasks to help keep the job moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
● Supporting drainage and civil crews on active worksites
● Operating hand tools and small power tools safely and effectively
● Helping with trenching, compacting, and pipe-laying
● Keeping the worksite tidy, safe, and organised
● Following instructions from supervisors and contributing to team goals
● Committing to health & safety protocols at all times
What You’ll Need:
Some experience in civil or drainage (ideal, but not essential)
● A full NZ driver’s licence and reliable transport
● Physically fit, healthy, and able to handle manual labour
● A great work ethic and positive, can-do attitude
● Willingness to learn and take on new skills
● Team player who shows up on time and works hard
Bonus Skills (not essential but a plus):
● Site Safe or ConstructSafe ticket
● WTR or any machinery experience
● First Aid or Confined Space certs
